In the event you lose your ticket, you can simply log into your account that you made upon purchasing your ticket. Go to www.chirrpy.com and click "Login". You will need your email that you used to purchase the ticket and the password. If you forgot your password, you can simply click "Lost your Password?" or contact Chirrpy Support.
Once you log into your account, Go to the "Purchased Tickets" tab simply click "Email Ticket" and the ticket will be resent.
NOTE: Our scanners will communicate an error message to the event volunteer/organizer if you attempt to use the same ticket twice. Each ticket has a unique QR code so attempting to use a ticket more than once will fail.
