Chirrpy's service allows you to register another person for an event, however, if you are the attendee and can't go, you should contact the Event Organizer to see if they allow transferring your ticket to another person.
To change the Attendee information, log into your Chirrpy account at www.chirrpy.com.
Once you are in your account, click on "Purchased Tickets"
Then click "Email Ticket"
Here you can change the name of the attendee as well as the email. By clicking "Email Ticket", you will send that same ticket with the updated information to the updated email address.
NOTE: This is the SAME ticket with updated information. Our scanners will report an error if this ticket is attempted to be used more than once at the event.
