If you are using your PayPal Business account to process your payments, you have the option to require ticket buyers to use their existing PayPal account or sign up for one. Chirrpy highly recommends using the optional setting allowing attendees to purchase through PayPay without signing in.
1. Log into your PayPal Business account and click Profile.
2. From your Profile page, click My Selling Tools, and then click Update for Website Preferences.
3. On the Website Payment Preferences page, scroll down to the section titled, PayPal Account Optional. Make sure you have this turned On and click Save.
